I read your e-mail. Don’t worry everything will be OK! If i were you, I would limit the time that you spend on Social Media or take up a sport or a hobby. I know you love football, so if you do a sport once or twice a week this will reduce your addiction and you will have less time to go online.
Another idea is to meet your friends and spend time with them. This is the best way to have fun and keep you busy.
