Today I learnt about dreams.

Dream is a state of the sleep that the mind reminds or creates some stories or events or just (reminds) some images. There are five main reasons of why we dream. Theese are: 1) For taking some message that our mind is trying to say to us 2) For releasing useless thoughts and resting our mind 3) For keeping the brain active and improving its strenght and the way of thought 4) For remembering or forgeting some things in order to improve the memory and rest the mind 5) For practicing some usefull life skills for avoiding and dealing with every danger in order to have some ‘experience’ for such cases.
