Elisa (ticket agent): Hello!
Iliana: Hi, can you please tell me what time the next train to London is?
Elisa (ticket agent): There’s a fast train that leaves at 6:30 or slow trains that leave every twenty minutes.
Mania: How long is the trip?
Elisa (ticket agent): It’s 1 hour on the fast train. The slow ones take about three hours.
Iliana: OK. Can I have two tickets for the fast train, then?
Elisa (ticket agent): That’s two adult tickets for the 6:30 to London, right?
Mania: Yes please.
Elisa (ticket agent): Single or return?
Iliana: Return, please.
Elisa (ticket agent): Just a moment…. There are $40 per person, so that will be $80, please.
Mania: Great. Can we pay by credit card?
Elisa (ticket agent): Sure. Here are your tickets. Have a nice journey.
