Hi Adele,

Lately ive been receiving many emails from you  about stress and i really am very sorry for  going throught that.

As an advice,i think you should sleep a little more because its good for your brain or eat healthy food like fruit or listen to music while you’re doing your homework because it can relax you and get you out of stress.
