What is this book about?
When you eat healthy foods, all the day you will have energy to play and learn things. If you eat proteins you get high quickly and when you eat or drink dairy products your bones are hardening.

My Favourite part
The little girl ate vegetables and then she did acrobatics because she has a lot of energy!
