Hi guys!!! How are you? I hope you’re well!!! Today I want to talk about one of my experiences in athletics! In athletics except of our ordinaries trainings during the school days, the kids who have started athletics many years ago and they are well in it they go with our coach for running every Saturday. I always wanted to participate to that training but because you have to run 10 kilometers long every time and because I have started athletics only 5 – 6 years ago, my coach thinks that I am still young for that training. So, last Friday my coach told me that if I wanted I could go with them on Saturday. I was very happy and I was feeling justified and pleased. In fact, I love running and especially when I have to run long distances because that’s the time to forget everything and to re-fuel. It helps you to respond to a very difficult and demanding everyday life!!! What I advise you to do in order to relax is to find a sport that you like!!!
