Do’s :

  • stay hydrated.
  • Avoid sugary drink like: soda , fruit drinks, sports drinks etc.
  • Sleep at least eight-seven hours a day!
  • Stay active! exercise at least three times a week.
  • Eat more grains and nuts, fruits and vegetables.
  • Eat slowly slowly and chew your food properly.
  • Swap junk foods with healthier alternatives.

Don’ts :

  • Overeat or under-eat.
  • Eat packaged or processed food.
  • Stress or worry too much.
  • Vape, smoke or drink too much alcohol.
  • Eating white rice, bread and fried foods too many times a week.
