The classification and implementation of 21st-century skills began in the United States bu reached Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Until the beginning of the 21st century, education system across the world started to prepare the students with these abilities.
The twelve 21st century skills are critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, information, media and technology literacy, flexibility, leadership, initiative, productivity and social skills. These abilities help students keep up with the lightning-pace of today’s modern markets. Each one of them is unique in how it helps students. They get real-world experience. As they lead particular departments, they can learn the ins and outs of their specific careers.
