Im so sorry to hear that, i understand the situation and how you feel since I΄ve been there, so i can also give you some advice to help you!
You could limit the time you spend on social media or your phone but then you wouldnt know how to spend your time so why dont you try to find a hobby? like a sport or drawing in your free time! you could also do workouts, i heard they help you not only physically but also psychologically! it helps you clear your mind and spend time on something that is worth the time.
This will not only help at your addiction but also help at many other things like being fit, spending your time on things you actually enjoy and many more!
