EASTER ISLAND

Easter Island is also called Rapa Nui. Easter Island is an island of Polynesians located in the pacific ocean. These statues on the island are called Moai. There are about 887 statues on the island. Dutch seafarer arrived at Easter 1722 and from there the island got its name. In 1995 UNESCO  characterized the area as a World  Heritage site near is the site of any Tongariki with the largest population of moai on the island. I hope you enjoyed my presentation.
