Don’t worry so much , I think I can help you.  If I were you , I’d limit the time I spend online, that way you can go on a walk, exercise and play with your friends . The other tip I have is to take up a sport or a hobby.   This will mean that, you can exercise and get fresh air too. Another idea is to go on a walk without it and you will see the difference.  I hope my advise helps . Keep me posted!
