A carnival recipe.Rice pudding


250 gr rice

500 ml milk

500 ml water

400 ml sour cream

200 gr sugar

2 cinnamon sticks

cinnamon powdered for serving


In a saucepan add the rice,water,milk and sour cream.Then add the sugar.

Place the saucepan on a medium heat.

Lower the heat.It is important to stir constantly so that the milk does not burn.

Once the rice start cooking leave the saucepan out of heat.

After that serve it hot or put it in bowls and in the fridge.

Serve the rice pudding with cinnamon on top.
