Halloween

Halloween comes from the Celts of Ireland. For the November 1st was the first day of winter and their new year. On this day they wore scary masks and costumes and didn’t eat much. They stayed at home without lights and warmth in order to drive away from the spirits of the dead who wandered the paths on that day.

Today Halloween (All Hallow’s Eve – All Saint’s Day) is celebrated in the USA, Canada and Great Britain. On this day people have parties and dress up as witches, vampires, ghosts and also heroes. They dance to scary music and play games like ”bobbing for apples” and tell ghost stories. Also they go from house to house asking ”Trick or Treat?” and have lots of fun!

My favourite sport is Tae kwon do. It means ”the art of arm and leg”. It is Korean martial art. There are six belts in Tae kwon do: white, yellow, green, blue, red and black. I have got a half blue belt.

In Tae kwon do, the matches are played from two athletes. There are also poomsae games.

I can play Tae kwon do well. I love kicking and poomsae.

The author of this book is Mandy Ross.

What is this book about?
This book is about a boy👦, Max who is a superhero🦸‍♂️ as well! Two baddies rob a bank🏦 but Max catches them. At the end of the story, a policeman👮‍♂️ drives🚓 the two baddies to jail.

My Favourite part
My favourite part is when Max catches the two baddies and the policeman👮‍♂️ drives🚓 them to jail.

Easter Island

Easter Island is located in the Pacific ocean. The population of Easter Island is about 7.700.

The island got its name of one man who goes there on Easter. The capital city is Hanga Roa. It has got archaeological statues. There is one giant stone its name is Moai. The stones are the heads. It’s famous all over the world.

My ideal neighbourhood🏘

In my ideal neighbourhood, I would like my school to be near my house. I would like my friends to live in the neighbourhood. I would like it to have one market, one park and a lot of grass. Every house should have its one garden so that there are not stray animals. I would like my relatives to stay near my house. I would prefer this neighbourhood than the one, I live now.

My wonderful family 🦸‍♂️👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

My family consists of four members. Well, I have a sister. Her name is Dimitra and she is 9 years old. She has green eyes and blond hair. My mother’s name is Rallio and she is 35 years old. She has brown eyes and brown hair. My father’s name is Mike and he is 40 years old. He has green eyes and brown hair. Also, I have a dog, which is like a brother who I never had.

I never forget them, because is very important for me. Now, they help me and care for me. But, when I grow up and I don’t need their help anymore, I will try to help them like they did when I was a child.
