My Beautiful Athens

Have you travelled to Athens? Athens is the biggest city in Greece. It has a population of over six hundred thousand people. Athens is beautiful. It is located in the centre of Greece.

You can visit the Acropolis National Archaeological Museum because it is the biggest museum in Greece and one of the most important in the world. It would be nice to explore the new Acropolis  Museum because it has many findings of the archaeological site. You can also visit the Parthenon because it is very big and impressive.

         Athens has something for everyone. It is the perfect choice for someone who wants to visit a  beautiful city.

What is this book about?
This book is about animals that are different some can’t read, some can’t fit in a bed, some like to drink ink. Some animals have a star, some animals are very bad, some animals like to hop, some animals are very fast and some animals are very slow. But we love every animal and we don’t care if they are strange.

My Favourite part
My favourite part is when he said ‘ Some have two feet and some have four. Some have six feet and some have more.’

Have you travelled lately ?

Come to Athens for  vacation because  it is  very beautiful . Athens is the capital of Greece and its metro area population is 3,154,000.

Athens has many attractions and its really good to go and see them. One that you should definitely visit is the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum. Also, it is famous  for its quiet porks such as the park of Kifissia. Moreover, in Monastiraki you can get a lot of authentic souvenir. In Ermou street you can find a lot shops of various brands. If you don’t have a car you can board some specific double decker busses like those in London to take a tour in Athens and see the most important sights hearing an audio guide. It would be very nice to go Syntagma square to see the change of quards outside the parliament.

Athens has something for everyone. If you like history then it is the place for you!!

This book is based on a story by Aesop. It is retold by Alex Frith.

What is this book about?
This book is about a greedy dog 🐶. One day he grabbed a bone 🍖 from the butcher’s and ran away. Soon he came to a river. He saw another dog with a bigger bone in the water and barked at him but it was greedy dog’s reflection. The bone 🍖 fell out of his mouth and sank in the river.

My Favourite part
My favourite part is when the greedy dog grabbed the bone from the butcher’s 😄

How many stars?
I give this book 5 Stars

Do you recommend this book?
I think you should read this book because it has a great moral “don’t be greedy”!!

The Flash is a superhero from Missouri, USA. His real name is Barry Allen. He has got a red outfit with a lightning on his chest. He is married and his wife’s name is Iris West. He has got a nephew. His name is Wally West. The Flash is tall and strong. He’s very clever and fast too. He runs faster than the speed of light. He’s a great hero!!

Romeo and Juliet

William Shakespeare .

What is this book about?
Two families, the Montagues and the Capulets, were fighting for years, when the prince of Verona said that if they fight again they will be put in prison. Romeo, the Montague son and Juliet, the Capulet daughter are in love and they marry. Then, Tybalt, the Juliet’s cousin kills Mercutio, Romeo’s best friend, so Romeo kills Tybalt. He must leave Verona, but Juliet wants to be with him. She drinks potion, so her parents think that she’s killed. Romeo learns the same, so he kills himself, something that Juliet does, too!

My Favourite part
Romeo and Juliet are known, in the Capulet party.

Computers in education

computer

During the last years, technology and computers are used very much in education. My opinion is that technology is useful but so are the teachers.

There are a lot of educational sites and apps with all the courses (law, archaeology,  mathematics, history, modern languages and others) that can help professors and teachers in their teaching and for students to learn easier their lessons. But of course, the role of professors and teachers, classes and books are needed in education and they cannot be replaced by computers. Lessons must continue anywhere in traditional classes with the use of computers in class from teachers and students and help them to study at home.

In the end, computers are very useful in education both for traditional classes and online learning.
